One Thursday morning last December, I suddenly realized my expensive advertising was set to start on Sunday morning and I still didn't have an e-commerce website. I had purchased a domain name months earlier, and included it in the advertising, but hadn't found anyone I trusted to create the actual site. I had spoken to many people who claimed to have experience, but they charged by the hour and wouldn't give me any idea of the number of hours it would take. Scarily, one said it had taken him three months to make the shopping cart work on his last creation.

Other people said they'd made websites, but admitted they'd never made an e-commerce site... although they knew they could "figure it out". I wanted someone with enough experience that they could make a good working e-commerce site in just a couple of days. Then I got lucky, and called you.

When you introduced me to Ryan and Mike, I immediately felt I was in good hands, and when they showed me the finished website seven hours later, I was truly impressed. They were friendly, polite and respectful, and we spent a very pleasant day in your office.

From that very day, my website has worked as planned with no problems or reasons for concern, and I'm proud to call it mine. You guys always answer the phone when I call, and answer questions as patiently and pleasantly as in person.
